VINEYARD NOTES

Grapes were harvested from our estate blocks and Upper Ngumby vineyard, both situated along the foot of the Christmas Hills range.

Whole bunch pressed, and given a 24-hour coarse settling, the juice was racked into ferment in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads (300 L) and puncheons (500 L) and temperature controlled tanks. The solids included in fermentation contributed to the complexity and savoury notes found on the palate. Post fermentation all the wine batches are aged on lees for approximately 10 months.

Following a rigorous selection process, the Sticks Chardonnay is blended and prepared for bottling for you to enjoy!
