Our philosophy is simple: craft wines with maximum drinkability, speaking less of us and more of their place. Vineyard quality is paramount, and when combined with some careful winemaking and a touch of intuition, the result is incredibly moreish wines representing the best of Victoria.
Pristine. Subtle white blossom on the nose, with nashi pear and grapefruit. Zesty green apple on the palate with a hint of saline freshness. Vegan Friendly.
Pale straw with flecks of green. A nose of lemon meringue with roasted almonds and a touch of smoky flint. The palate is rich and textured, with peach and melon, complimented by a focussed line of cleansing acidity. Vegan Friendly.
Bright strawberry on the nose. Plush red fruits, a touch of bramble and fresh tyme leaf on
the palate, supported by vibrant acidity and fine, chalky tannins. Vegan Friendly,
Broody, silky, juicy, statuesque and well defined. Rich cassis, earthy cedarwood and sweet tobacco leaf. This wine is everything you never knew you wanted. Biased? Maybe, but there's a reason why Cabernet was king of the Yarra for so long. If you don't drink it, we will #cabernyay.
